Role Description

Our client a locally owned RV outlet is seeking a person to help with their roster shortfall in their modern retail outlet. Initially looking for four to six weeks coverage, but may lead to further shifts dependant on need and availability. The successful applicant will report directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for customer service, sales, restocking and following up parts on order etc. You will have a passion for customer service, one on one dialogue with customers and be a good listener and comfortable speaking on the telephone. Ideally come from a retail / service background. Persons experienced in the Caravan or Auto Industry are encouraged to apply. Of course you will have previous experience with purchasing, following up back orders and stocktakes. Your IT skills will be sound with a good understanding of Microsoft office. And you will be required to help set up trade days, shows etc and be a vital part of the team on site as required. The successful applicant will be required to work weekends on a rotation basis.
