An opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join a busy, successful Recruitment company in Blackburn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a varied, fast paced role  You will be a key member of the Administration team and responsible for supporting the Recruitment Coordinators.  Therefore, you must have a high degree of focus and concentration. Your key responsibilities will include: Meet and Greet all visitors; Provide support to the Recruitment team which includes; faxing, photocopying and filing all relevant documentation;  Providing candidates with forms to complete on arrival; Answer all telephone enquiries; Providing excellent customer service; Ensure reception is staffed at all times. To be successful in the role you must have: Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills; Ability to meet deadlines; Exceptional attention to detail; Experience in a similar role involving customer service; Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling documents.
