Role Description

An opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy, successful Recruitment company in Mitcham. This is a Full time role working Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm. There can be some flexibility in hours if required. Previous experience is not essential as we are seeking someone who has the right attitude –training and support will be provided. Your key responsibilities will include: Phone screening Checking all candidates are compliant eg: Police checks, registered with AHPRA Administration and data base management Reference checks Preparing and posting job advertisements Networking events to attract more candidates; To be successful in the role you must have: Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills; Perseverance and a sense of urgency to all tasks Time-management and ability to prioritize Be a team player but also be able to work autonomously. Ability to meet deadlines; Exceptional attention to detail; Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling documents. Our client is looking to start someone ASAP.
