Relieving Housekeeping Services Coordinator - Full Time Role Extrastaff have been engaged to recruit an experienced Relieving Housekeeping Services Coordinator in a full time role to work across the 12 sites of this leading aged care provider. The Role: In accordance with the clients vision, mission and values your role is to provide relief housekeeping coordination across their twelve facilties.  Supervise and coordinate staff across the domestic, kitchen, laundry and maintenance sections of the facility Ordering and control of stock Management of staff including rostering, payroll, selection, induction, supervision, training, appraisal and performance planning Maintaining equipment inventories and arranging regular maintenance and as required repairs Monitoring expenditure in accordance with facility budget Essential Criteria: Previous experience working in a management role Strong communication skills  Ability to lead and develop a team of workers Ability to work to targets and budgets An understanding of quality accreditation systems (Aged Care), HACCP Standards and their application in the workplace Knowledge of food safety legislation and safe food handling practices Drivers license is essential as you will be required to work across twelve different sites as required           ** Experience within the Healthcare Sector is desirable ** If you believe you have the right experience for the role we would love to hear from you, please apply now!
