Role Description

Our client, based in Mentone, is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator for their Service and Rental department, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. This is an ongoing temp position with possible view to permanent. To be considered, you must have the following demonstrated skills/attributes: Coordination of incoming services and repairs using your strong prioritising skills Processing service and hire quotations and billing Strong computer skills Accuracy and attention to detail Scheduling invoices, credit applications and warranties Respond to customers in a professional and timely manner Maintain rental records and maintenance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 2/3 years in a customer focused service/sales support capacity Experience in pump or engineering environment desirable
