All applicants must have

A Food Handling Certificate

Knowledge of special dietary requirements

Excellent ability to follow instructions and strong time management skills

A minimum of 12 months catering

experience, preferably in the aged care industry

Aware of HACCP principles

A current police clearance

You must also have your own reliable transport, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a high standard of care to patients and residents.
