We are currently looking for several candidates that are available for casual removals work.

You will need to have previous experience as an offsider in the furniture removals industry, ideally a minimum of 1 year working for a removals company.

We are not looking for candidates that have just moved their own houses - we need you to have worked for a removals company so that you are aware of how to pack and load correctly.

It is absolutely essential that you have your own vehicle as you will be called on at last minute a lot of the time and will need to head to the job immediately. You must also have your own steel cap boots.

We deal with several removals companies in Christchurch and their busy season is approaching. We will call on you on a day by day basis on the days you state you are available for work.

Pay rate is generally $13 per hour for offsider work.
