An independent, multi-vendor, payments and information technology service provider specialising in electronic payments and EFTPOS solutions is looking for experienced customer service centre staff.
You will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and servicing needs to new and existing customers from all over Australia, including inbound and outbound calls relating to customer inquiries. Technical knowledge training will be provided. To be successful in the role you will require: • Minimum of 6 months experience working within an inbound/outbound call centre. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Taking pride and finding satisfaction in delivering a world class customer experience • Accurate data entry and database management and analysis skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and can deliver an outstanding client experience, we want to hear from you!
