  • Our client is seeking an energetic individual with a passion for providing quality service, to join their young and vibrant customer service team.

    This role of Customer Service Officer will enable you to actively use your initiative, strong interpersonal skills and your ability to multi task. Your past experience will also see you delivering top service and providing solutions to customer queries.

    Due to a recent business growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen which will see you actively contribute towards the company’s ongoing success; whilst feeling the rewards. As part of your development you will be offered full and ongoing training which will allow you to assist your customers with confidence and ease.

    This role will see you dealing with a variety of customers, with your primary responsibilities including:

    • Attending to all incoming calls
    • Following up on outstanding customer requests
    • Updating customer database
    • Validating software products and processing upgrades for customers
    • Preparation of Reports

    The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and solid PC skills. A technical background or a strong interest in IT would be considered advantageous. Most importantly you will have been exposed to working to deadlines and possess a genuine desire to assist customers.
