In assisting in the smooth co-ordination of administration support you will be a appreciated for your efforts and be seen as an integral member of the team. Utilising your personality and proactive attitude your responsibilities will include: • Preparation of presentations, correspondence, minutes and newsletters • Database and file management • Scheduling appointments and assisting the management team • Relief reception • Basic accounts – payable and receivables Ideally, you will have had at least 2 years experience as an administration assistant or similar role; some exposure to working in accounts and possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
