Our client engages in the marketing, installation, service, and operation of automated fare collection equipment and systems for the transit industry.

We are currently looking for a Service Technician for Automated Fare Collection (AFC) Equipment who can:

• Diagnose and repair equipment faults/malfunctions in the repair centre
• Perform preventative maintenance as required
• Maintain accurate records on all required reports
• Effectively repair equipment in accordance with procedures and quality standards
• Escalate quickly difficult problems which may detract from the quality of service offered

The successful applicant will be an experienced Field Service Technician and also possess very good communication, planning and organisational skills as well as have the ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
