Established over 30yrs ago this Australian company has grown through a combination of natural growth and acquisition and continues to experience success across branches nationally by selling and servicing diesel fuel injections and turbochargers.

The Role
The role of Branch Manager will see you responsible for overseeing the Branch\'s day-to-day operations in a way as to achieve or exceed budgeted performance. You will have a team of 6 staff including Technicians, Sales & Admin. Your background will see you successfully manage their largest clients whilst playing an active role in bringing on new business that will increase profitability.

The successful applicant will;
Possess a proven track record in sales & service management as well as automotive aftermarket industry experience. You will also possess well developed managerial and team building skills and realise the importance of organisation, communication and prioritising. You will continually strive to inspire and motivate your team to achieve above and beyond what is required whilst at all times prioritising customer service. Above all we are looking for an individual with the passion and drive to succeed and the ability to look outside the square.

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package combining base salary plus superannuation, sales incentive, company car, laptop and phone will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
