Extrastaff is a leader in the provision of Recruitment and Human Resource consulting services across temporary, contract and permanent placement disciplines. Having already set our benchmark in the industry throughout Australia and New Zealand, Extrastaff is now looking to expand and employ another Recruitment Superstar to join our team in Christchurch.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, together with the assistance of our awesome recruitment team you will be responsible for all recruitment activities associated with running a temporary desk.

Key responsibilities will include: the recruitment and selection of quality nurses and personal care workers for our growing client base and also business development through regular marketing and sales activities.

With loads of potential to further develop your existing client base, ideally you will have sales background in a Healthcare related industry, previous recruiting experience, exceptional customer service skills, the ability to deal with both internal and external customers and your communications skills are second to none.
