Our client is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their professional, yet relaxed team.

The hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm and as mentioned it is to commence immediately.

In assisting in the smooth co-ordination of administration support you will be a highly valued and integral member of the operations.

As a leader in their industry, this engineering consultancy has both national and international operations. Delivery of quality client service; as well as rewards and recognition of staff are considered paramount.

Utilising your personality and proactive attitude your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling incoming calls, forwarding messages

  • Preparation of correspondence, basic presentation and typing of reports

  • Assisting in invoicing, database management, staff expenses and cabcharges

  • Assisting with booking travel, meetings, events and looking after building facilities

  • Ad hoc tasks as set by the Administration Manager

Ideally, you will have had at least 2 years experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role and possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Your "can-do" approach and inquisitive nature will be the key to success in this role.
