Our client is seeking a confident and driven individual to join their vibrant, laid back and professional organisation.

This customer focused and progressive team will provide you with a friendly and flexible environment where you will be regarded as a highly valued and integral member of the operations. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure that the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times.

They in turn are seeking a proactive and persuasive manager to lead a team of housekeeping staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, organising and developing the overall operations of the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

  • Management of the daily activities of housekeeping to include appropriate cleaning of all rooms, seating areas and offices


  • De briefing staff, handling rosters and allocation of rooms


  • Property inspection, chasing suppliers and maintenance and arrangement of repairs


  • Budget control as well as recruit, schedule and train new staff


  • Stock control and ad hoc tasks

Ideally, you will have had a minimum of 1 years experience as a housekeeping supervisor/manager and also possess a high level of customer service skills.

A ‘can do’ approach with a professional and strong willed attitude will be highly regarded.
