Our client is seeking a professional and well presented individual to be the face and voice of their young and dynamic team.
This role will see you liaise and assist in all areas of the company. As the front office receptionist you will also get involved in assisting the HR, Marketing, Sales and Finance functions.

Your past experience will also see you delivering top service whilst allowing you the opportunity to expand your skills in several other areas and build your career with the organisation.

As part of your development you will be offered full training which will allow you to assist your clients and team members with confidence and ease.

The position will see you dealing with a variety of tasks, with your primary responsibilities including:

  • Answering and operation of the switchboard

  • Meet & greet clients and answer general enquiries

  • Organise travel, catering, meetings and events

  • Maintenance and organisation of office supplies/stock

  • Ad hoc tasks – i.e. Upkeep of kitchen, boardroom and reception areas

The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and solid PC skills.

Most importantly you will have been exposed to making your own decisions by being resourceful, using initiative and your ‘can do’ approach.
