This is not your 'run-of-the-mill' call centre role.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a SA owned and easily recognised company. They are seeking candidates to work part time in the contact centre at Head Office in Prospect. This role is primarily responsible for assessing incoming applications from customers, making a decision within your discretionary lending authority and communicating the decision back to the customer.

Your responsibilities :
  • Making application decisions within prescribed guidelines
  • Discussing and negotiating with agents and customers
  • Working as part of a team

You will posses :
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent perception and judgement
  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Well developed IT skills

You will be available and flexible to work between 20-30 hours per week and cover a 7 day roster including evenings.
