We are seeking experienced and friendly Administrators with experience in the Aged Care field to coordinate and contribute to facility administrative tasks.

Duties include -
  • Roster coordination
  • Reception duties
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Liaising with Doctors, Nurses, Residents and their families & visitors
  • All other ad hoc duties as required

Skills needed -
  • Highly organised and have effective communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Professional in appearance and manner
  • Passionate about working in a team to deliver quality customer service

Please note that it is essential that you are either an Australian resident or hold a current Australian Working VISA.
