The Laverton Branch requires a qualified Fitter or Fitter Machinist to join their team of Turbocharger Technicians.

Your role

You will undertake full Inspection of turbochargers components and diagnose possible problem. Conduct Turbocharger overhauls including repairs and servicing them utilising your skills and ability in working to fine tolerances. If and when it is required, you will need to do some machining of components using a lathe, milling machine or a grinding machine and balancing machines. At times some welding could also be required.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you need to be an experienced trades person with good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new direction within their trade.

Previous experience with turbochargers will be highly regarded but is not essential.
On-site training will be provided in all areas.

It is essential that all applicants hold appropriate trade qualification.
