A bit about us

Working from our Marion Branch you will be part of a bigger team working closely with our Extrastaff Industrial business, the leading provider of services across the Industrial and Healthcare Hospitality sectors. Backed by Business Australia, Extrastaff are a leading casual and temporary workforce solutions company, with over 50 years' experience providing casual and temporary staff to Australian businesses.

How you'll play your part in supporting the Team

Joining a national business in this role, you'll further build and strengthen an already successful Industrial and Healthcare Hospitality sector presence. With a blend of empathy and commerciality, you'll be hands-on with each moving part while you work directly with an already established team.

Whether it be assisting with recruitment, completing employee on-boarding or allocating employees into shifts, you will be integral in helping us to meet the unique needs of our customers. Or simply just keeping the wheels turning smoothly, this role is just right for someone who likes to be closely involved with their work. With no two days quite the same, this hands on role is perfectly suited to someone who likes variety in their job and strives for quality.

A bit about you

  • Ideally, you've got a couple of years' experience in Customer Service and Administration, we're also open to applications from candidates who are ready to step up into a role like this one
  • You've also got experience dealing with high volume inbound/ outgoing calls and high attention to detail
  • You're a fantastic team member and you know how to get the best out of a business and its people.
  • You care about others. You like to leave things better than you found them and you find satisfaction in knowing you're having a positive impact on people and the community
