Machine Operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn experienced machine operators to join our clients team immediately!

Located in Laverton Melbourne, our client is an Australian business, specialising in materials manufacturing.

Start off working as a full time casual, with the opportunity/view to become a permanent employee depending on work ethic, reliability, and commitment to the role.

About the role:
- Full time hours, afternoon shift; 2.30pm to 11.pm Monday to Thursday. Friday hours are 12pm to 6pm.
- Operating standard machinery; specifically operating a scrap foam baling machine.
- Assisting with loading and unloading product
- Lifting of up to 15kg
- Occasionally pick packing and wrapping product

Our client will be provided with all the tools and training to succeed in your role.

To be eligible for the role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Confident operating baling machine
- Comfortable with repetitive duties
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- Available to work full time, Monday to Friday
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a strong team player
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Good dexterity and attention to detail
- Available for immediate start
