Extrastaff has partnered with Freshmark to develop and deliver tailored labour hire recruitment services to the Fresh Produce supply chain inclusive of wholesalers, providers, exporters, service providers, growers, food processors, and retailers.
The partnership between Extrastaff and Freshmark aims to develop a skilled, consistent, and reliable workforce in the Fresh Produce Sector and support the sectors current growing human resources needs centered on addressing four critical needs:
- Labour Shortage
- Skills Shortage
- Career Longevity
- Ageing Workforce
Our focus is to reduce the current skills and labour shortage within the Fresh Produce industry. To achieve this, we are sourcing for experienced forklift operators, fruit packers, and administration clerks for temporary to permanent roles. These roles will be available across morning, afternoon and night shift working minimum 5 days a week on a 7 day rotating roster.
These roles will see you working with one of 500+ vendors onsite in an ongoing capcity with the opportunity to become a permanent employee with your host vendor.
